In-Person Therapy in Milwaukee

While I serve all of Wisconsin virtually, I also offer a dedicated physical space for those who prefer the depth of in-person connection. My office is conveniently located in the Washington Park neighborhood, offering a quiet, neutral sanctuary designed for your healing journey.

Why choose in-person sessions?

  • A Physical Boundary: Stepping into a dedicated space allows you to leave the distractions of home or work behind, making it easier to focus entirely on your growth.

  • Somatic Integration: Being in the same room enhances our somatic-based work, allowing us to better track your nervous system and use grounding techniques to process trauma and anxiety in real-time.

  • A Supportive Presence: For many, the physical presence of a therapist provides an extra layer of safety and holding during life’s most vulnerable transitions.

My office is easily accessible from downtown Milwaukee and the surrounding suburbs.

Therapy from Wherever You Are

High-Quality Care Across Wisconsin

Healing doesn’t have to wait for a commute. Whether you are in the heart of Madison, the suburbs of Waukesha, or anywhere from Green Bay to Kenosha and Racine, my teletherapy services bring expert, compassionate support directly to your safe space.

As a social worker with deep experience in both urban centers like Brooklyn and the varied landscapes of Wisconsin, I understand that your environment plays a huge role in your mental health. Teletherapy allows us to connect in a way that fits your actual life—no traffic, no childcare hurdles, just a dedicated hour for you.

How I Support You Online:

  • The Comfort of Home: I find that clients—especially teens and new mothers—often feel more open and relaxed in their own environment. Whether you’re on your couch with a nursing pillow or in a quiet corner of your office, we build a "virtual room" that is private and secure.

  • Bilingual & Bicultural Accessibility: For families who prefer to communicate in Spanish or who value a therapist who understands the first-generation experience, teletherapy breaks down the barrier of distance. I am proud to offer a culturally responsive, bilingual space to every corner of the state.

  • Consistent Care: Life in Wisconsin can be unpredictable (especially in the winter!). Teletherapy ensures that our work remains consistent, regardless of the weather or a busy schedule.

  • Safe & Simple: We use a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform. All you need is a private space, a device, and a reliable internet connection to begin.

I am here to ensure that regardless of your zip code, you have access to specialized care for your mental health.

What’s Included:

  • The Blueprint: A full walkthrough of the labor timeline so you know what to expect.
