Therapy for Teens, Young Adults & Parents.
Warm, collaborative, skill-based care for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and maternal mental health.
Welcome — I’m Sandra, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, bilingual educator, and full spectrum doula supporting teens, young adults, parents, and mothers who are navigating anxiety, identity, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is steady, warm, and culturally responsive—a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or minimize what you’re carrying.
You deserve a place where your story is honored, your emotions are understood, and your healing feels possible.
Therapy that meets you where you are
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, therapy can be a grounding place to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
I support clients in exploring their experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable, while also helping them build the skills and insight needed to move forward with confidence.
My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief in your capacity to grow—even when life feels heavy.

My professional path has shaped me into the therapist I am today:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Advanced clinical training in mental health and trauma.
Licensed School Social Worker: Experienced in supporting youth, families, and school systems.
Licensed Bilingual Educator (NYC): Deep experience in diverse, multilingual communities.
Full Spectrum Doula: Supporting individuals through birth, postpartum, loss, and major transitions.
These experiences allow me to understand people across the lifespan—emotionally, culturally, academically, and relationally. They help me show up as a therapist who is both deeply trained and deeply human.
I support clients who are navigating:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress
ADHD, and executive functioning challenges
Trauma, childhood wounds, and identity exploration
First‑generation experiences and cultural transitions
Maternal mental health, postpartum, and reproductive journeys
Teen and young adult challenges, including school stress and family dynamics
“My work is especially supportive for clients who want a therapist who understands culture, family, and the complexity of living between worlds.”
I’m currently accepting new clients.
